You weren't permabanned for getting trolled.
You were permabanned for continuously telling people to kill themselves. I don't see any instance in life where it's acceptable to encourage someone to kill themselves. Riot doesn't see any instance where it's acceptable either. They hold a zero tolerance policy towards telling others to harm/kill themselves/others.

I think the problem is that your behavior was continual, it's just that this particular game was the trigger that finally got you permad. You must have a history of negative behavior, and you may have been repeatedly banned and never reformed.
Hence, this particular game was the final straw as far as the reporting system goes and you were banned for telling someone to off themselves. I kinda agree with riot, and your buddy can't help you. The fact of the matter is that this isn't the first instance that you were toxic in a game. Although this particular game was the trigger for your ban, you overall deserve it because of your continual bad behavior.
I'm sure both you and your buddy are both aware of particular times you were temporarily banned or chat restricted, and are probably also aware that you just waited out your ban while joking about it and not reforming. Also, you may have even temporarily made an extra account to pass the time.
Luckily, your buddy still has a chance to learn from your own missteps and reform his own behavior before also being lumped with you and getting perma-banned.
I'm sorry to say that riot finally deemed that your behavior made you finally eligible for a perma-ban.
And this means that Riot officially decided that they don't want you, in particular, playing their game. Unfortunately and quite frankly, it seems you are the type of player they don't want playing this game because you continually contributed to a toxic environment.
To put this into perspective, I was in the game with him, we were duo queuing and our mid lane was getting killed early on. UCTT wanted to get level 6 because I told him to come top and camp me because I picked rammus so we can get off easy kills. Our mid went to take birds, which was the last camp on his rotation that he was heading towards and he took the small birds for XP and our mid lane started to troll after that. She proceeded to follow him around in his JG and and took his Gromp and Blue buff, and just started to troll. The chat above is what he got banned for, but why shouldn't the troll orianna get banned for griefing and throwing our match? Is this really perma-ban worthy. He typed a couple bad things because he was tilted, even I was tilted. Fix your punishment system already Riot. yup, I had that 2, but 2 weeks ban. I said k.y.s and got banned 2 weeks from no bans (1 chat restriction like 7 months ago) so that's all it takes (in my game I said as a joke to 2 ppl who were flaming me, but that doesn't matter), I'm still kinda mad about my ban, but i guess its good 2 so i focus on my study more since i cant play league (no I won't make smurf)
