Help Stop The ELO Boosting Players and Playees!!

Everyone in League of Legends works hard for their rank and their spot on the Ladder! Why should we allow these others to only get their rank by purchasing it from another person? Is this the type of game we want here in League of Legends?! A "Pay to Win" type of game? Or can we all get together and help find a way to stop these people from committing one of the worst League of Legends crimes in history?!
