Does this really warrant a 14-day suspension?

So, after a very extensive conversation with a Riot support employee, I was told that I deserved an escalation in punishment (since I had been chat restricted before the next in line was a 14-day ban) because of chat logs from two games that I didn't think I was being toxic in at all. We were losing (hard) in both of them, so I was just trying to convince teammates to surrender to avoid wasting time. I asked the Rioter which chat logs explicitly put me over the line, and these are what he/she pasted in:

Forkyjr (Draven): im fucking done [10:31] Forkyjr (Draven): its over

[11:23] Forkyjr (Draven): i expect a jungler [11:40] Forkyjr (Draven): not a gold disposal bin

I just don't get how this can constitute a punishment. I see people way more toxic than this who don't even get chat restricted. I could do the whole thing where I explain that I was being verbally abused and was just defending myself and that the other people said worse stuff blah blah blah, but my point is that I take full responsibility for what I said, even with no context, I just don't see how it's punishment-worthy. What do you guys think? BTW. Please don't just come and flame and say I don't deserve to be in this game whatever... I just want your honest opinion.
