Do you have to be able to read to play League of Legends? And if a player can't read, is it right to report them? I'd say yes, what do you think?

How would you know He cant read? Also why would it be reportable, there is no rule against it.

First, no. Second, how is the game supposed to detect whether a person can read or not? I suppose you could give players a literacy test before they're allowed to hit "Play," but given the history of literacy tests I rather doubt any company in the US would ever do this.

I guess technically not, if you have someone helping you.

And it's also not punishable to not be able to read.

Ive been told many times here that I dont know how to read, but Ive never been punished. So i would guess no its not against the rules.

Did you know theres a mayor in... shit... i wanna say detroit, who is illiterate? Look it up. If a man can mayor as an illiterate, a man can play league as an illiterate.
