Toxicity
I was wondering if I could have any tips on preventing myself to be toxic thus leading myself to a permanent suspension on my account, Any tips are much appreciated! Any ways to restrict my self from abusing chat would be helpful!

Play music that makes you happy/calm in the background. If you are tilted/being extra toxic then go play aram and do ultimate bravery. (gives you a random build/skill to max) and have fun
Turn off all-chat, mute players that start sharing anything but useful information that could win you the game.
move chat out of sight. let someone randomly re-bind your enterkey so you dont know how to open chat remove enter key entirely from keyboard. /mute all
If already tilted: Stop for a bit and play something else (could still be LoL but ARAM for example, or play a different less stressfull game), watch a movie, read a book (or in my case a Manga at times), listen to music.
These are just some things that come to my mind.
Don't care about how the others on your team are behind. Understand that you can't depend on any other player unless you are in voip with them (even then it is iffy). Don't say anything that can be taken negatively over chat(never give criticism). Take criticism as criticism and don't tilt over it. Don't play to out-last your opponent. Consistently ask yourself what needs to be done by you to win the game (most of the time winning teams aren't upset enough to report allies). Don't take yourself too seriously and accept that at least 60% of your matches are out of your control. Take a break after every loss. Just saying you've muted someone is generally enough to get them off your back over chat and the desire to appear as if you have actually muted them will keep you from wasting time chat spamming and let you remember to report them. Don't use certain offensive language. Don't play ranked, if you are that worried about it, as many people are exceptionally tense and just waiting to hit that report button. While the majority of the time useful things aren't said over chat in low elo, it does happen, and so just muting everyone has it's downsides (unless of course you are a support and you are only muting your adc).
