Riot does not care about costumers safety or anything at all !

I was pretty sure I was going to get my account back from a permaban because I have done nothing wrong. "they banned be for 3rd part but I did not use any. (believe what you want) But apparently my computer has something that banned my account I spent countless time and money on, so at the end of the chat I JUST wanted to know WHAT caused my ban because I did not want to repeatedly getting banned on my new account (if I make one) right? NOPE. This is like arresting someone for drug use but not telling the person for what drug (ex. cocaine). At this point, their player support is a joke to me. I will come back when their costumer support

  1. has less attitude
  2. stop repeating the same things no matter what YOU say, making you wonder if it is automated
  3. More capable than "I can't do anything but I have this job of replying to tickets"

Probably not. Ill prob move onto better games but yea.

BTW, if they remove this post, Ill just post it somewhere else because this is a complaint, Riot should stop ignoring valuable player input and consider critical criticisms

I have been banned for some use of illegal software... I am 100% sure there has been some kind of misunderstanding... I have never used any kind of illegal software and I have used alot of money on this account. Please look into this and get back to me as soon as possible.

I only have games, work files, security and music files on my computer.... I keep my computer very clean... I do not know how this happened

I would like to add that my computer is used with my brothers and their account has not been banned.... SO PLZ do not take this as the other 10000 i dont know why i got banned nonsense and look into it as soon as you can.

I accidently submitted 2 tickets. on my other ticket I specificially asked to not give me an unfair answer where you state the obvious stand point from your side. I do not know how sure you are with this decision but I am also speaking to you as a valuable costumer that I have not used any exploits. I am willing to send whatever file you guys need/share my computer for your professional to check. I would like a better solution then " cant share how we proved it but you did it"

I understand that this is a very frustrating situation for you. We don't ban players on a whim as we know how valuable the account is to them. Permanent suspensions aren't issued until we are very confident with the decision. Essentially, it's pretty clear to us from our end. That said, we have gathered enough data to go ahead with the decision on this case.

The focus here should not be if its clear to you. it should if its clear to the costumer. in my side of the view, i have been banned for what I have not done so should i not know what ive done to not get banned anymore? what kind of 3rd party program did I use?

Unfortunately, I can't provide you with any more information other than what was already discussed. There are many individuals that write to us daily asking for information that's pertinent to our investigation in an attempt of exploiting our method. I'm not saying that this was your intention because I believe that it is not the case at all. However, this policy was put in place to protect our detection system and it's something that we must take great precaution on.

So you are telling me that protection of the costumer's money, hard work, and security is none of your concern and only your system matters? I do not care about the method. I want to know what I used? If you are accusing of using it then should I not already know myself what I used? so why is it a problem for you to tell me what I was guilty of? exploit is a vague term. However as ridiculous this is, I thank you for your time as this is not towards you but the system.

I decided to quit spending a penny on league and playing much less is out of the question as I lost the patience and ethusiasm for this game and so will my league team at my university that I created because this is ridiculous and nobody is willing to play to this unfair system.

It is ridiculous to accuse someone of something and provide no evidence. If this is the system, then its clearly very faulty. I hope league will progress further in a better costumer service and detection system as I loved this game.

What kind of answer are you expecting from support?

Do you want them to say, "We believe you're cheating because of X". Because they can't reveal that information. To reveal that information would make it much harder for them to detect it in the future, since people would be tipped off how they were finding them.

Plus, they're convinced that you're cheating, why would they need to convince you that you're cheating? They're already convinced, and that's all that matters. Any assurance from you claiming that you were not cheating would just be taken as a lie.

Yeah, that's bullshit.

If they're saying you used an exploit. Isn't that something that is a bug on their end and you knowingly used it to your advantage? That's not even third party software cheating stuff.

You may have done it without even knowing. They should at least tell you what exploit you did so you know not to do it again.

I understand that you're angry about losing your account and frustrated over not getting the details you think you're entitled to about your account, but you can't really blame them for giving the same answer over and over when you're asking the same question over and over.
