When are people actually going to be punished for their actions

Harassment is against the rules, but it happens to nearly every single player on a daily basis. People who harass other people in game don't even get banned. The only time that anyone gets banned is because of blatant racism and homophobia.

Too often players say literally whatever the hell they want with no repercussions. Just because someone has the ability to mute, it doesn't give the harasser amnesty to the rules of the game. Just because I mute someone, they can't just call me the n-word without punishment.

Riot refuses to do nearly anything about this. Absolutely ridiculous.

The best part is that even the MUTE function doesn't work beyond the immediate game. Even when you block someone, you are still paired with them. What is even the point in having a block function that doesn't block them, or a mute function that doesn;t mute them beyond that immediate match?

Don't even get me started about the Reporting system, reporting people just increases the odds of them being paired with you a second.. third.. or yes believe it or not. a fourth time.. in a row.

I started winning more when i just accepted the fact that toxicity will always be present, and to just play for my own personal score to escape the trash in ELO hell. It works beautifully.

You should spend some time going through the boards looking for permabanned and 14 day banned threads. You may be surprised how many of them dont contain hatespeech, and it may bring some peace of mind for you. Harassment gets punished for sure. The problem is the massive amount of players. I mean, i only see like maybe 1 or 2 people out of 10 in a game, flaming people. So when you have millions of players, in different moods, using chat in different ways according to their moods, and NEW players coming in with fresh accounts to add to that, you will never see an end to flaming and harassment. Its just reality. Regardless how strict the rules are, it will always happen until no one is left to play the game.

Dunno about you But every day i see multiple people complaining about ''unfair'' bans etc (They're 100% fair btw)

So you know, people do get punished
