New Low Priority System

New System: Match low priority players with other low priority players.

Pros: Instead of waiting for a certain amount of time to get into a game, low priority players should just be matched with other low priority players. Won't make people frustrated waiting 20 minutes for a game. If you're in a party, your teammates won't have to wait the 20 min with you.

Cons: In a party, will they get matched with low priority players too? Disadvantages people with low low priority timers.

Misc: I got this idea watching a friend play Dota 2. Instead of watching for a match, they were just forced to play a special game mode with other low priority players. I think this would be a good system to implement into League of Legends.
