Riot needs to reform their ban system

Riot you need to implement a player mod system or seriously increase the amount of people working on players being reported. Here are a few examaples:

Example 1 https://drive.google.com/open?id=1ub8uLqgxnhGjlesaFUiUJwZUznmYO-QH

Graves 0/12 literally saying "NEXT" and flashing and ulting into their team every chance he got. I reported, plus assuming a few of my teammates. Results? No feedback report saying this player was punished.

Example 2 https://drive.google.com/open?id=1SCf8rmdqBuFrz8j_WaNkTxb2EMyGGbCW

Yasuo 0/12 kept fighting a Mundo top lane over and over. I told the Yas to stop fighting and farm at tower because he would never win especially after the jungler ganked and Mundo got a double kill. He was behind. After telling him this he just continued to suicide over and over in side lanes. I know for a fact he received numerous reports because Brand and Shen were telling him to stop. Result: No feedback report and player was not punished.

Example 3 https://drive.google.com/open?id=1la-91AM-Jz6D2cJI1BgKygFCqs-_uNJb

Rammus 2/11 would literally power ball into 4 of them and try and fight them alone and tell us where were yall??? Meanwhile we were trying to get control of side waves and get the pick on the single target that is alone. Rammus would not communicate and again I know this palyer received more than one report because MF and Leona were saying he needed to wait. Result? Again no instant feedback report saying this player was punished.

Me and my friends hate when someone feeds in the game. It ruins it for everyone. Even when opponents are saying: "Sorry for the feeder" you know it ruins the game because it takes out the challenge and gives them a free win. Intentionally feeding should be viewed as one of the most serious offences in this game of skill because it takes no skill for someone to run it up mid and give the enemy team a huge boost. I can't be the only one experiencing this either so please look into a fix for this. Your community is still touted as being one of the most toxic so clearly you aren't doing enough for player reform. I had a post awhile back about how Jagex got back to their roots to try and save Runescape and it worked because they started listening to THEIR player base not their wallets. Please take a page from their book and start listening to players again.

There isn't always a feedback report when you report a player.

Riot manually reviews cases where people int to make sure it's actual inting and not someone having a bad game

Players would be terrible mods because mosy wouldn't check to see if a player was inting, they'd see a bad score and punish immediately

The offense for feeding is an immediate 14 day ban followed by a perma. No chat restrict but straight to the "you cant play League" punishments

I think you're underestimating the number of games any human force would need to sift through. I've seen people come to these boards after getting banned for trolling in ways that clearly wouldn't be detected by any automatic system, so manual reviews are being done. But the number of cases is so large there is no way that they are going to get anywhere close to reviewing all reports.

In your example you used Runescape, a game that not only doesn't have nearly as much friction between players, but also doesn't come close to the number of active players on League.

You should have a better poll. No reason you should have to choose between one or the other if you don't want.

INTENTIONAL feeding and trolling are started at 14 day bans for first offence once confirmed. Reports for those are backlogged usually because people can't always tell the difference between int/troll and actual bad games. PMods won't help the situation, the Tribunal is proof of that.

Finally, you aren't guaranteed a feedback report just because you reported.
