For someone who gets bullied into bad situations and tried to be pressured out of his role, people need to be accounted for but I do not see anywhere on the support site that you can send in a report ticket anymore.

lol get better. Riot doesn't care man. The people who talk to you will either be volunteers, or Riot employees with canned speech. Nothing you do or say will get you anything, unless you pay more money. Just buy skins and shut up, and you'll be fine. Until then enjoy the ban or whatever and stop crying about it.
