role stealing

I just had a game where my support was autofilled, not wanting to play support he decide to ban the toplaners pick intent Ornn en lock in Riven declaring he would go top. The toplaner got angry and decided that he would go troll and locked in Soraka and run it down top. Riven kept asking everybody to report the soraka (nobody would since we all felt sorry for Soraka )

I am afraid however that Soraka will be the one who gets punished and Riven walks away free and continue to troll every game she doesnt get the roll she wants.

Not saying that Riven's actions were justified, but yeah, Soraka should be punished.

If we're looking at this from a completely objective standpoint, there's no reason to ever intentionally feed. The Soraka player could have just went a regular toplaner and gone duo top or filled in for the support.

Two wrongs don't make a right, just because Soraka was treated poorly doesn't excuse their behavior as they outright ruined the game for everyone else.

I know role stealing isn't punishable blind pick, however I'm not entirely sure if it's punishable in normal drafts. I assume it would be, but the only way we would know for certain is if you filed a support ticket.

I desperately need to know how you won this match.

No, no. I need the answer to a more interesting question...how did the enemy team manage to lose this match??

Sounds like a fun match, that kind of stuff almost never happens to me. I imagine there was a lot of salt.

So not only the Soraka seemed to be the problem in that game. Your XinZhao must have had a ball AFK-ing in jungle. To me it seems that this particular game was played in the absolute rock bottom area of the ELO-hell. The Soraka's inting is the worst that happened in this game. The XinZhao's actions are disputable at best, but at the elo you were playing this smurf, he seems to be a very new player that needs some guidance by his team through chat. I am actually wondering which champ had the jungle role and decided to give up smite to do other stuff.

The Riven might just be a salty one, and not a very nice person considering role stealing. That might be a reportable offense, but it's up to the rest of the team to adapt to the lane stealing like someone said before: play duo top, or just take the sup role, report after, and move on.

In my opinion the steal could be reportable if it's a role hijack, like in this case: No comm about wanting to swap, banning the top laner's hover and then taking over the top role while you assigned support, all this without the team agreeing. That's jut plain trolling imho. The actions that were taken after this by the team however, might be even worse. The sora inting in top lane should be punished no matter what led up to that behaviour. I would love to know the story about the xin too though...
