Smurfing on CLASH

I don't know if there's much they can do to keep smurfs out of clash without getting false positives on a lot of people's mains.

This is the reason I figured it was going to fail from the first I heard about it: every single tournament below a certain rank is going to be completely dominated by smurfs, and there is no reliable way for Riot to determine whether an account is a smurf or not.
