I'm Pretty sure leaver buster doesn't reset

I used to have a really crappy PC and would end up crashing all the time so i ended up getting 20 minute leaver busters. I then got a new PC and haven't crashed or left a game since. The last time I left a game or AFK'd was two years ago. I had to afk recently due to an unexpected family emergency and i still have my 20 minute leaver buster. So needless to say I am fairly certain that it does not reset

It resets over a large amount of games played without DC.

Time itself doesn't matter.

The exact numbers aren't known. But we have a decent guess.

Any more than 1 leave per 10 games is in danger of getting a 14 day or permanent ban. Any more than 1 leave per 150 games will get escalating LPQ, up to 20 minutes. Any more than 1 leave per 250 games will stay at their current level of LPQ Fewer than 1 leave per 250 games will gradually reduce their current level of LPQ (or be unpunished if they have not received LPQ)

Someone who was leaving 1/100 games will have their LPQ stay at 20 for quite a while, as the ratio of leaving is quite high, even after a time spent playing regularly. After you've been hit by LPQ, you will receive LPQ every time you leave until your ratio drops below the threshold.
