Bronze ranked is actually laughable

I am in bronze , before i was in iron 4, i climbed to bronze 1 in a week. But two days in a row now i have lost every game i will literally go to 60 lp to 0 lp,3 times in one day....Ive noticed a pattern though. Everytime i lose its because i have a JG, ADC, or TOP with literally a 30 to 10 percent win rate. The catch is that all of these players have over 30 games recorded ive seen some with 100!!! Ive carried as hard as i humanly could and because of one player throwing every 5 seconds we lose.Why does 15 kills and 2 deaths have zero impact on the game compared to one person who has 1 kill and 20 deaths. I mean i apply map pressure out cs my enemies and snuff them out of their own cs. I steal barons and dragons i roam and gank. I do all i can. but all it takes is 1 or 2 people to stop playing or to throw because i "stole a kill" or take a single cs! Its a joke you cannot get out of this division when people play this game as if its a normal match or you can afk for 5 minutes cuz you want a snack!! Why cant riot stop you from playing rank until your win to lose ratio is something appropriate and not 10 percent win rate with 150 games! The community is very toxic and vindictive. I have literally had an entire team think i was throwing because i was 0/2 for 15 minutes in toplane... The catch was that i was hard countered and farmed by jg. I WAS ACTUALLY DOING IMPRESSIVE. But they all report me and went out of their way to not give me any ganks and would watch me fail instead of helping. I mean this is my first time doing ranked and all i have to say now is that its the biggest joke this game has to offer. Perhaps silver is better....
