Thia system needs improvement or more alerts

I play in a game with a gp and bard and as jinx, i give the gp a tip and he says "dont try to help me bronzie". Im not even in bronze im just tryna be nice to the guy. Then four people come bot i live bard dies, then he doesn't come bot again cause he blames me. I reported them but i really hope riot actually does something cause everytime people are toxic af i report and the enemy team wont cause it doesnt affect them, i dont know if you always get the message saying action has been taken but it should be everytime.
