Ok im giving up in League of Legends,i have Enormous loosing streaks because EVERY time i go soloQ i get feeders or trolls or stupid flaming kids that feed and blame the team.Oh,and the try to be nice and stay positive doesnt work,i tried many times. Someone help me out,

You are not trying hard enough, the point is not to start any argument or talk back with a toxic player just play the game use pings. If they're toxic to you or anyone just report them it'll add up on their reported list from somebody and they'll get punished for it.
I once had a message from Riot telling me one of my reports got a person punished. I have never reported anyone three months before and Riot just releases a message to let me know so at least I know my reports are getting through.
Got trolls twice today, I reported both times and nothing happened. This automatic system is shit and if you complain people use downvote as a form of griefing and censorship your post.
And you wonder why people flame so much in LoL, because of these people. It is always these type of bad players that force people in that game to deal with. Flaming isn't gonna improve the game nor not doing so would improve it especially with these type of players. I don't know what to say but give you the generic advice "Keep calm and move on".
