Is not trying to win and helping enemy reportable? (sarcastic question)

So I was playing Pyke top against Fiora. I knew it was gonna be a painful matchup so I asked for a gank. Did my leash for camille then went top. Got my butt kicked and fed first blood. Camille came to gank and after getting flash, I backed out. Camille kept running at fiora under tower and died. I then said "U got flash" "Why'd you int that". She said you got your gank. I then said ganks are supposed to be helpful. She said that I never specified that I wanted the gank to be helpful and that I got my gank. I guess maybe I shouldve worded that differently because then Camille made it her mission for that game to just tilt me as much as she can. She basically became a member of the enemy team whenever fiora was around. Edit: so apparantly I cant edit any attached links.. Thats a dumb design feature. Dont click the video.
