Disabling chat while keeping pings and informations alike

Hi, Im trying right now to find a way to permanently disable chat and the possibility for me to write, while keeping the pings of any kind, like also piece of equipment of your enemy that you want to ping, stuff like that. I honestly think that pings are all the communication one may need during a match, and I really want to avoid getting another 14 days ban for my toxicity (also because I think that the next one I got is a no way back for this account). I know I can just mute\all at the beginning of every game, but I also would like to prevent myself from the temptation of writing. I know I can download a 3rd party program to do that, but you also can't hear any more pings and to me this is really a problem. I also know that some time ago people could ask Riot with a ticket to get their chat permanently restricted, but the thing didn't go well so they don't do it anymore. It would be nice to just be able to unbind the "open chat" key and that's it, but apparently you can't. Learning to control myself should be the best thing to do, but I feel like a simple tool like that would greatly help me and others like me in this process of becoming a better player. So how many options do I got left?

It's called Self Control. Don't type words. Don't hit the enter button. Surely it can't be that hard to not type on a keyboard in a video game.

Removing your tools doesn't make you a better player or help you at all. All it does is delay your reaction and frustrate you. Learning how to control your emotions so you do not type makes you a better player, and you can't learn control if you have that control taken away from you.

I do NOT recommend getting up and leaving your computer in the middle of a game. While I can understand needing to cool down, forcing your team into a 4v5 even just for a minute is never a good idea.

I recommend, when people show any signs of being toxic/negative, is to mute everyone, mute pings, and move the chat off-screen if muting isn't enough. After the game is over then take a break for 5-10 minutes or however long you feel you need to take one.

Search how to unbind your enter key and/or how to shrink/move your chat box.

Shrink chat box so you can't see it or just mute all every game. I do this often just cause I can stay focused, prevent enemy from BMing and getting me off game and also the occasionally toxicity in game.

Ty all for your suggestions, I appreciate it but I feel like I haven't really found anything useful.
