There needs to be a way to report people who ban teammate champs in champ select.
Because if someone dodges because of that said troll in champ select, he gets away with no ways of getting in trouble.

Unfortunately there is no way to distinguish between someone who bans the champion on accident and someone who does it purposefully.
There is nothing report worthy about banning a champion.
Just no.
I can see this being abused a lot. If someone wants to play that champ that's highly contested right now and they're last pick, I'm not risking the enemy grabbing it.
