Premade trolling in ranked because their pick was banned

Sent a support ticket in, I'm just curious if Riot will actually ban them after I included a screen cap of them admitting to trolling.

On another note, can I report them both in one ticket or do I have to make individual tickets for each one?

Why are you blaming them when you could have just dodged? From the sounds of it they made it clear they would troll. You CHOSE to be a victim
