My account was hacked and permanently banned for toxic behaviour

So i haven't played League for well over a year now, I recently re-installed it due to an email saying that if i didn't log in soon my account would be removed. I re downloaded the client and logged in only to find that my account had been permanently banned for toxic behaviour. After reading over the comments i apparently wrote I quickly concluded that they were not games i Played in. Just a bit of background, i rarely play pvp, i usually play AI games, I'm not good at league and I just used to play after work for a little stress free mindless fun, I don't play pvp because the constant flaming from people stresses me and it's the last thing i want after a day at work, I've only ever played 2 ranked games and i did not enjoy it due to the constant bickering and flaming. Now I'm not saying I'm always perfectly behaved I've let my frustrations get the best of me in the occasional pvp game i played, like everyone, but it was rare. So it quickly became apparent to me that my account was hacked, and that the person playing my account didn't really care if i got banned, even citing "make sure you report me after the game cos my jungler is a noob", now the last game i remember playing was a pvp game with my brother who was playing rengar in the jungle, so clearly i wouldn't be calling him a noob. I'm pretty upset by this as i have spent a lot of money only to be permanently banned. I would love to be able to have a chat with one of the developers on this matter, being banned for a hackers behaviour isn't really fair.
