I am very disappointed and very sad. I am an international student and I am a university in the United States. I went to college for four years and also played the League of Legends for four years. I like to play with my friends for the past four years. However, in the S8 season, our favorite RNG was eliminated early but did not expect the IG team to win the championship. I was inspired by them and wanted to be in Platinum this season (before my strength was between gold and platinum). So this month I play League of Legends almost every day. When I flex, I am 5 rows with my friends. When I was the solo/duo, my killings were higher than the number of deaths. Suddenly, nothing happened, my account was banned. All my efforts this season have been emptied, I left my friends for two weeks, and my honor value is not available. I am very sad. I don't know that in this fair country, the right to manipulate others at will is so powerful, I am weak, I can't compete with them. Even they banned my account directly and even gave me no reason. Just a sentence we think you are looking for a practice, my account is banned. The practice is an insult, insulting the League of Legends game, and insulting every game player. But now, they insulted me. I don't know if the United States and the game have the right to be fair and guilty. I am helpless and very sad. My friends advised me to leave LOL, but my faith is gone. Goodbye, young youth.

I have reviewed your case of MMR Boosting in Season 8, and I do not believe this was a mistake, although I'm sorry to say it. We define boosting as some one other than the account creator playing ranked games. We take this behavior very seriously, as it ruins the competitive integrity of the game.

Due to the severity of this offense, the following actions have occurred on this account:

-A two-week suspension has been issued to your account. -Your Honor has dropped to level 0. Honor unlocks some time after your penalty as long as you're showing signs of progress -You are ineligible for any 2018 Season ranked or Honor rewards

While you may feel that this punishment is too harsh, please realize that having accounts boosted, for whatever reason, ruins the spirit of League of Legends competitive play. While you are ineligible for any rewards this season, this does not disqualify you for anything pertaining to the next season. Keep in mind that if you have any future involvement in MMR boosting, your account will be permanently suspended.

If you have more information about why it looks like some one else is playing ranked on your account, I will review it. But if this doesn't provide us enough context to change our mind, the penalty will need to stay.

IRON WING November 8th 2018, 9:11:50 pm We cannot give you any specifics, but this action would only have been taken if we were absolutely sure after extended investigation. I know that's frustrating, but that's our final stance on this. Your cases evidence has been reviewed multiple times by multiple agents, and we are confident this is the right call.

As I mentioned, we will not be taking any further action in this case, and I will have to close the ticket soon if you don't have any other concerns besides this accounts boosting ban.
