I submitted 2 seperate tickets about some absolutely out of the world players intentionally feeding in ranked and whatnot, clipped the key portions of the game, and sent a single video 3 mins and 6 mins in to riot with it all happening, when i sent the tickets in all i got was a "solved" message from a bot, and when i click "request a human" it doesnt allow me to and just says "form already submitted" why cant i request to talk to a person?
Submitting a ticket is a method of reporting out of game, typically used when you forgot to report using the post game screen. It is marked as solved telling you that they have successfully recieved you report and has queued into the system, waiting for a review.
You talking to a human doesn't mean they will review it in front of you. This way your case follows the same procedure of every other case and won't be treated with extra priority. Which is the fair way of doing things.

I think that you have to wait for them to get back to you. Normally, its just the bot. When you request a human, they eventually get back to you in a few days. And if you keep trying to bump up your ticket, it gets thrown back in line. So try avoiding doing that as well.
