Getting my smurf to d5 taking way more games than usual due to literally inting d5 players who know they won't get banned or demoted until their MMR drops to like plat 5. Actually got inted 3 games in a row. Game 1 : jungler stays in jungle with 50 hp with full vision of a full health jungler invading. Stays in jungle and instantly dies and dies 10 more times in the game letting the enemy jungler easily carry the game. Game 2 : somehow get the same inting jungler. warned everybody in champion select our jungler is hard inting. nobody dodged and he ints the same way this game as in game 1, legit dies in the jungle AGAIN with full vision of the enemy jungler invading and stays with 50 health. enemy jungler easily carries again. Game 3 : I go jungle this time. My top laner runs it down and goes 1/8 in 10 minutes with a fb+tp advantage when their top laner got level 1 cheesed, and I also ganked top 7 times. My mid laner gets solo killed loses, my bot lane gets ganked 1 time, proceeds to hard engage and lose every 2 v 2 afterwards. Literally the enemy jungler only ganked 1 time the entire game while I ganked 10+ times and had more 40 more cs than their jungler at the end of the game without taxing anything.

Some other games : Enemy ad jungler builds full ap and ints, then sells all items for regular items at the end of the game because his teammates is 2-2 in promoes to d5. Enemy top laner ints me 7 kills in 10 minutes solo because their teammate is in plat 1.

We need a manual report system. There needs to be a system where you can pay $10-$20 to report somebody and it will be manually reviewed by a riot employee and if your report is correct then they will refund you the money. Just absolutely disgusting hard inting by hard stuck d5s who have nothing better to do but to waste other peoples time.

File a support ticket. No one here can help you, and you need to stop being toxic and stop rank shaming people.

Interesting idea about the money.

The problem is no one gets their money back. :)

Honestly though, Riot is extremely lenient on game play offenses. They look for "intention" before issuing a punishment.

Which is the opposite of chat offenses. They don't give a shit about "intention" for chat offenses. (They punish first and allow you to dispute later.)

So, I like your idea for getting more accurate reports. I think Riot gives too much leniency for it to be effective at reducing game play offenses.

Inting report are currently mostly manually reviewed already.

Man, I was at first reading this thinking: paying to report, wtf is this b.s. , but then when you said:

" if your report is correct then they will refund you the money."

It suddenly all made sense. Now I would not recommend this to be an actual transaction every time, imagine the immense CC transactions of payments and refunds that would happen on a daily basis. Instead, I would say, let the player buy a 3-Pack of "Report Tokens" for $20. If you use one, you are guaranteed to have a manual review of your report within 24h. If the review turns out that yes, the report was valid, you get your token back. If the review turns out that no, the report was not valid, you don't get your token back.

I would HIGHLY support that!
