Account Permabanned by accident- Can it be recovered?

Hello, my account was permabanned for using 3rd party software, of which I have not used since I started playing league of legends 7 years ago.

It is very likely that my account was hacked, because the last 3 games weren't from me, and equally likely that the hackers used 3rd party programs. Otherwise I do not know in which ways my account could have been banned. I've been reading up on this and apparently Riot is draconian on recovering permabanned accounts. I already filed a ticket, but what would be the chance that I actually get my account back? account that I spent hundreds of dollars on?
