These two lines don't sync up. At all.

If you flame back, and then get punished, then it's not for no reason. It's for flaming.

If you really want to discuss your punishment, you should post the chatlogs provided to you in your reform card. Otherwise, we can only take your punishment at face value, and assume that it's merited. And judging by the conflicting statements, I'm willing to bet that it is.

Lastly one last question . why there is mute and why there is chat bar

I'm not sure I totally understand the question - are you asking why the mute feature exists alongside the chat feature? Why the mute feature exists when chat-related punishments can still earn an account suspension? You'll have to be clearer with your question here.

i done with this game i will never be a part of shit player base like this .

Well, at least you're going - for the most part - of your own accord. If you're truly leaving, then may you find a game that better suits you.

EDIT: I'm going to address the edit you made to your OP, but I'm going to leave the pre-edit lines up and my responses to them for posterity's sake.

Lastly remove the mute buttons and the bar chat please

What benefit would there be to removing the mute feature and the chat feature? The chat is necessary for complex communication that pings don't suffice for, and the mute features are there for tuning out people who want to abuse the tools they have/tuning out things that might annoy you.

Yes, flaming does not become okay just because "someone else started it".

Flaming is not acceptable regardless of whether you start it or someone else starts it first.

Flaming isn't excusable because someone else started it or you were egged on. The best course of action is to mute their chat and pings, then report at the end of the game.

Luckily your account wasn't permanently banned. Just don't use chat (or if you do which I honestly wouldn't recommend) try to stay positive. Your next punishment will result in a permaban, so please be smart. Toxicity shouldn't be the answer to toxicity.

Good luck.

Simple chat comment isn't flaming and neither is trash talking, so it couldn't have been "simple chat comment".

and some players play with each other and as jg u will get flamed and if u flame back they will all report u and over .

Once again, Reports do not stack, I can report someone 54 times, but only one of them is needed. if you do get banned, it not the actual reports doing anything, its just the Bot picking up/person picking up.

and i like this game but the player base is no good and i am thankful for the ban . thank u.

/mute all, if you don't like the player base, then don't bother talking.

Lastly remove the mute buttons and the bar chat please

Whats the point? Removing the mute button only makes people leave the game, the days of mute-less games were hell when you got that one yasuo main. the bar chat is for pointful communication, and memes, but removing it restricts gameplay to pings.
