i know riot does not care what happens outside of the game/in the client but its kinda pathetic that after all these years clan names and tags still bypass the rules by being "in client" stuff.
You can report them in the post game screen using the "Inappropriate Name" box. Specify clan tag in the comment box.
Alternately, you can report them with a support ticket.
I think there's much more stressing issues with this community than the meaning behind the 3 digits of a clan tag. I'm more concerned about the kids who are actually telling each other to kill themselves than a silly ass random abbreviation with no context next to someone's username.
