The issue with leagues system

This is considered toxic but, it's okay for Our top lane to afk at the plinth and grief/int by running it down... this game is a bunch of fucking snowflakes... Seriously, most of the people on here don't know how to play the game. then when you do something they don't like you get flamed, inted, and griefed! even when you FUCKING EXPLAIN IT TO THEM AS TO WHY ITS THE BEST PLAY... THEN YOU GET FUCKING SUSPENDED ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?!

Imagine this.. you're a quarterback playing football on a team, all of a sudden you pass the ball and gain some yards. This guy (ON YOUR TEAM) comes up to you super pissed off and freaks out about how you didn't pass him the ball. So he sits in the middle of the field and throws a fit. You walk up to him and explain what you were doing and why it was better. And then he start flailing his arms... So naturally, this upsets you because this is more than likely an adult and you're in the middle of a game.
