So I sent that support ticket about that inter Zoe, and this was Riot's response.

The thing is I DID report her in that game, it just doesn't seem to have had that much of an effect.

Also, I kind of expected something more than a programmed answer. But whatever...

It is a little discouraging when they do use those responses that make it clear they didn't read your "I reported the guy already" ticket. On the other hand, they probably get lots of tickets like that. I'd rather them work on more tickets than write out responses that are more unique to each ticket, because waiting for tickets sucks.

I'm not telling you, the OP, this, but yea, always use the report system first and the ticket second.

They don't care. E.g., I recently reported a troll/afker/inter in Odyssey, who made our experience pretty bad (intentionally, not just "having a bad game"), also sent a ticket afterwhile, and he's still playing as nothing happened.

So feel free to ruin other people's games, that's the lesson they're teaching to their playerbase! :D

You probably need to make an account on NA and make a support ticket from there because honestly riot doesn't care about the EU servers

I remember an ARAM game not too long ago where a 4 man premade told me all game to kill myself and hoped my family died horribly by torture or fire.

They were sneaky with their messages. typing things like "Hey Annie KasdfYasdfSasdf read the caps only" and "Annie is good with fire, I bet she'd burn your family like they deserve" etc etc. or "Hey Annie why don't you drink some of Cassiopeia's poison in real life, you can find it under the sink in a big white bottle."

This went on all game, never said anything back once.

Reported them after the game and i sent in a ticket just to make sure,

The support agent told me to suck it up and deal with it. Very helpful.

the 4 players in question are still playing to this day, completely unpunished by the system.

What i learned from all this: it is actually alright to be toxic as long as your sneaky about it. You will never get caught and support will NEVER interfere with the feedback system.

Great message to teach me.

I feel your pain. I once reported a Kindred that inted, rage quite, came back and inted more, rage quit again, came back again and finally quit for good in my D3 promos in a ticket. I took screenshots of what he was saying in chat, him DCing and reconnecting multiple times, and spam pinging our players. I also send the replay file and gave both screenshots and timestamps of when kindred would just reconnect and walk around our fountain ulting on top of herself on cooldown. Super blatantly just trying to lose the game/being a shitty person/actually inting and I get a robotic response. I go back and check his profile and guess who's still playing league of legends...

Lets be real here; if they gave you a real answer for just a basic report, people would flood them with reports instead of reporting post game, which is u realistic for them to handle.

Copy pasta riot response you need to send in 3-4 times till a real person even gona read what you sent in.

I cant stress this enough, use the live chat system, its much more effective than sending in a ticket.
