Ok so basically i was in a league game (Pbe) and playing volibear with my friend as a duo top lane and so we are doing well for the most part its urf nothing bad and then Kog'Maw comes to top for no reason sits there and i politely ask him to leave for a few times and he replies simply, No. after this i think you can guess where this is going i got mad due to my games prior and asked the enemy to report him for being toxic after such thing the enemy teams says there is no section and all and tries to convince me you can't report someone for being toxic which infuriates me more... and after that not only does the enemy team continue to make fun of me Kog'Maw jumps in to both saying i've lost a few chromosomes which led to this outrage of built up anger. well you can submit a support ticket and ask for a review but i doubt you will have any luck

That's a pretty grievous offense, but I would've expected a 14-day for an account with no prior actions against it. Therefore, I suspect that there have been prior actions against your account, and you're either deliberately keeping them from us (I've seen it before) or you didn't log in during your previous punishment (I've seen that before, too).

I'll take this; the other answer aren't so accurate. This is the PBE. As explained along the way, it's the area for players to assist and work with Riot, it's not the same as the general consumer servers. It has different standards being a different situation. Your actions there results in a permanent ban without appeal. There is not anything unusual about what happened.
