System checks you, not others. If you did something other players deemed offensive, you get punished for that. If you report them, system checks their logs, and, if they were offensive, they get punished accordingly. If you already have 8 banned accounts, you should use something like "AutoHotkey" or just delete the chat files from your computer. What I do to avoid being toxic or doing anything blame-able - i use autohotkey with a command to disable my enter key while LeagueOfLegends.exe is active and I also mute everyone and make the chat smaller. That keeps you out of writing and you will not get banned. I got banned once for saying nothing but I understood that it is my fault and now I do not chat at all now. You must understand that, maybe league is a teamgame, but there is no teamgame if you are toxic. Remember - being toxic to one teammate makes others tilted too.
