MMR BOOSTING BAN?

So has anyone else been banned for MMR Boosting and not actually did it? Because I've been banned for it and Riot refuses to help me. If you look at my season stats it should be clear that I haven't been involved with MMR Boosting considering this is my worst season of ranked other than my first season. Why would I have someone else play on my account and keep my negative win rate? If someone shares this problem or can help me in any way i would appreciate it greatly. My only guess is they have a broken system that doesn't account for tilters, because a lot of my win come in a row and so do a lot of my loses.
