Let's talk real no crap, spending money in your game and acting normal according to players with 1-2 games that you play bad and get tilted DOES NOT MEAN A REASON TO BAN, for real what's the smart system that you came up with ? Does it go like - "Okay this guy was toxic for a game or 2, I don't care what's the reason he's toxic about but I'm gonna give him a 14 day ban without a warning because I have the power to do so" Like who's the smart guy that came up with that? You want to make money, you want to keep your players ingame, STOP USELESS BANNING, stop using your power "righteous" it's not right, you see so many smurfs that get banned for I don't know how many times because of bad misuse of "judgement", you want a solution to your toxic community problem? Read carefully - CHAT BAN THEM FOR A MONTH, that doesn't work? 2 months, OH NO STILL DOESN'T WORK? 3 MONTHS, it's so simple trust me people won't dare to speak if they get chat ban for a month, this game is part of communication and no communication at all would mean alot to people who care. I'm just shocked right now of this 14 day suspension, I know myself and the way I behave, yes true not every game is paradise, everyone has bad days or bad games (tilts, annoying people/champs or whatever the reason is) but it's shocking to see that I came and support this game with money, I behave most of the time normally and super friendly to everyone, but 1 - 2 game can ruin your "honor status" and bam all of the sudden from the number 1 game in the world I understand that the game masters are throwing the bans as if it's breakfast, funny and sad thing is that I'm writing this right now and I can feel that non care about it, it happens so often that it doesn't matter. I was wrongly banned for 14 days and I disagree with the reason, I cannot submit a ticket because the website doesn't work for EUNE, it always changes back to NA which is "a great support system for banned people" - thank you developers and management, think how'd you feel to get a random ban all of the sudden because of 2 games that went so bad that you were tilting.

Tyler1 was the most toxic player in this game and he got unbanned, yet you ban people for 2 games of bad behavior, I disagree and I want to get help from this guy who banned me, let's speak out and please explain to me how'd you get to that decision, I really mean it I would love to know what made you use the automatic ban hammer instead of a warning.

1/ This system is 4.5y old https://support-leagueoflegends.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/207489286-Instant-Feedback-System-FAQ- If you never got chat restrictions, that means you said zero tolerance things.

2/ You are allowed to not read FAQs nor Boards but you have read and accepted Terms of Use when you created the account, meaning you WERE warned. In addition, Sytherin is lvl25, I guess you ve had multiple bans in the past. You didnt discover LoL recently.

3/ Show entire chat logs before saying "wrongly banned".

4/ You can think whatever you want about Riot's systems. You can disagree and its fine, because nobody forces you to play a virtual free to play game.

5/ Tyler1 was ID unbanned. Never got his permabans removed. You can do the same, you can technically create a smurf today if you wish to keep playing during a ban (temporary or permanent).

6/ https://support-leagueoflegends.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new Choose your language and I dont think its broken atm. You can even submit a ticket "recover my account" without being logged in. But since your ban is most likely valid, no need to contact Player Support at this point.

7/ Thank you for your "unheard" solution. Read the Boards/Forums from the last 6-7 years. Endless chat restriction is not efficient, it existed in 2014-2015.

Your punishment was correct, your idea is old and bad, none of T1's accounts were unbanned, no Rioter is going to talk to you here, goodbye.

What are you getting at ? That Riot shouldn't ban players who say bad words at 0/20 Lux supports that get Level 5 Honor ? Now seriously, I hate this suspension/ban system so much, I got banned so many times I lost count, but I'm not extremely toxic If you think, I have never flamed anyone or said anything bad to someone unless they are clearly trolling, going afk or the worst type that complain non-stop and blames someone instead of just accepting that the other player is better or that he just misplayed and is not doing alright...

There should be no punishment at all If It was up to me, but since Riot are responsible to some degree about what is said in the game for whatever reason(this is fucked up because If you call someone to go k*ll himself , who would do that for real ? No one...)

You can just chat ban the flamers, make them not being able to write in chat at all because It is fucked up not to lift even a finger about all the AFK's Inters and trollers and just straight up 14 days then perma players that actually care about the game rather than playing for nothing but just fuck up other's experience in the game...

Don't Permaban toxic people If you are not gonna ban Inters/trolls, and don't make the excuse with "tHe sYsTeM cAnNot dEtEcT wHeThEr tHe pLaYer iS iNt oR jUsT bAd" I doubt someone who is 20+ level in game is so bad to go 0/20 or more and all his items in the inventory were sold to buy Boots of Mobility or just starting with this item...

almost everyone who ints buys this item and suddenly goes 0/20+

Hyperion3182 - I respect your answer, but don't reply if you can't help me, I want to chat with a Riot worker that chose to ban me instead of chat restrict, now instead of playing the game as a mute I can't even play the game, thing is I know I'm not perfect, everyone's a little toxic every single player, even level 5 honor players are toxic in their minds, now to ban 14 days because of 2 games is't legit, I know you're trying to kiss some Riot butt and cool enjoy it I don't judge but don't come here responding as if you are a big shot.

I want to play this game, mute or not I want to play this game, I paid to enjoy(which is right now a stupid thing to do) but 14 days is way to harsh of a punishment, the system won't change because they don't want to start a new way, they prefer to have "the easy ban 1 push of a button with 2 premade guys reporting and easy job well done, I've stopped a toxic player from playing this game" I'm really trying to understand what kind of company does that with the consumers, ruling with an iron fist over players, pff mate trust me I've been a toxic player, I know what's being toxic is like, it's a habit, it's an everygame everyday thing, constant toxicity over players - BUT - I'm not like that because that was 7 years ago, 7 years ago I was a kid. Give me the exact reason for my 14 day ban instead of a mute, I'm toxic ain't I? 2 games (not in a row by the way) so let's talk it out, explain why. How come 2 games get you a 14 days ban.

They want you to start a fresh account with some RP boosts and a bundle or two. It's not going to change.

I mean nothing against Riot on this point, they have revolutionized esports and created a magnificent game with the largest population year after year because they know what they're doing. With that being said they are doing VERY well for themselves financially as well. It's a well oiled machine.

You shouldn't have taken the game so seriously...
