Got banned for intentional feeding for a game with 0/2 death

So I got banned for intentional feeding. The game link they provided in client aren't opening. So I thought I should contact customer service. It was a Gunny talking to me on chat. Here is our conversation. I'm here only to share my story, no intentions. And I don't regret ruining other people's games by going 0/2 or Gunny's day if I did.

AnniesStepmom I got banned for intentional feeding and the game listed is not even openable, I'm pretty sure I did not feed, can you review it.

Gunny I took a look into this ban and it looks like due to a hiccup of our systems, your account should have received a permanent ban for your previous offense. In this case, I can see that you were still intending to feed, and this particular ban was placed after a manual audit by our team.

Bans placed by those sort of investigations are not placed until a very thorough investigation has been performed, so I won't be lifting this ban.

AnniesStepmom so im not asking to lift this ban do i have the right to know how you determine if i intend to feed? because I did not intend to feed I dont know how you determined what I intended? looking at my score of the last game I wasn't even the most death on my team

Gunny We actually don't reveal our investigation processes in that matter, as it would help players avoid detection AnniesStepmom Why does it sound like you just ban people based off reports even if i didnt feed as long as they report me for feeding I feed

Gunny Because we ban people based off of reports. Our systems aren't triggered without players reporting other players. The number of reports doesn't matter though, it's ultimately your behavior that garnered this penalty.

AnniesStepmom Ok I know this is not gonna go anywhere, can you at least show me the link to the game that is related? because the link in client is not working all i get is 404 error

AnniesStepmom great example I know it is a secret of how you determine feeding, but do you personally think 0/2 is feeding? intentionally? And i actually rememebr this game from last night

Gunny What I personally think is that you had the intent to ruin these player's games based on the contents of our investigation. We won't be lifting it, and if you have no further questions that I haven't already answered, I'll have to move on from this chat.

AnniesStepmom I did not feed but I didn't do much either, because I was verbally abused by the leona player I did not report her because I don't report people you can check the chat log

Gunny I'm not condoning anyone's negative behavior, but you are ultimately the only one responsible for what you say and do in game. As you are the only one who can control what you are doing in game.

AnniesStepmom So when people abuse me in game I just mute them knowing they said mean things to me?

But I want you to know that I really wish one day all the ignorance you had as a customer support will backfire your career, because if I were you, I will actually look into the case instead of saying company rule 1 2 3. You obviously don't care about anyone chatting with you. Your lack of passion for helping people will lead your career nowhere. I'm glad I'm not a customer service and I'm more glad I don't work for RIOT. Because this company only cares about making money, they ban people so they will create new account and spend more money on them. Makes sense. Shame on you and shame on riot. Do you have suspension for customer service system? If you do Ban me bitch! Because I'm intentionally feeding you with my poop! You deserve it, both you and the company you work for! Own it!

You die for the first time, then respawn in base at around 7:47. From then on, you do nothing beneficial to winning the game. You run away from any type of fight, and never for any strategic purpose. Occasionally, you hit a jungle monster, place one ward, and you destroy one ward. This looked more like trolling and attempting to avoid being afk, probably because you already know that punishment path. Looks punishable to me. If you have a history of this, then I would think a ban would be appropriate.

A ban is their way of saying that you should spend your time elsewhere. They aren't interested in your money.

I'm not sure what you're trying to point out here?

It seems like a pretty cut and dry case where they noticed that you were intentionally trying to ruin people's games, if not by constantly running into the enemy but by making sure that you're avoiding any semblance of combat. Not really that different than intentional feeding when you think about it since it has the same effect and intention. Your team is playing at a disadvantage due to your trolling.

Good job Riot. I don't envy the support staff's job, they have to deal with a lot of unreasonable people.

You know we, NA server players, can view replay of this ranked match right? Intentionally feeding is not just about the amount of death. They includes a variety of categories including inting, afk farming, trolling, etc.

You have to make an attempt. If people are being meanies, then 2 wrongs don't make a right.

If you think "Muh K/D" is what determines bans, you're delusional to what sportsmanship is. I feel bad for whatever team got you.

Yes I was intentionally ruining other people's games by not helping them. And I do not regret it. Whenever I see a mean comment I do this. I don't report people, it feels so lame. You gonna say things like don't be a crying baby, and I tell you to fk yourself. I do not like their comments, crying or not. Causing them to lose a ranked game is the most I can do to them, so I did it. Whatever it costs. And I'm glad they don't get banned, cuz they will keep saying those things and it helps to create a great community for you to enjoy.

Level 131 account wow I lost so much. I play this game cause I don't want to deal my real life, the level is probably the least I care about. If anything I would miss some of the skins. But I'm not too worried because riot is a very greedy company, they will make shinier flashier new skins. I won't even like my old skins as much anyways. I don't know what level you are but when you've reached a certain number of games, it's just not giving you any more fun, you see through it. What kind of games are winnable, what caused the loss. Everything so clear, though what you can do to change is limited, because its a team game. It's not gonna be my farewell to league because I have 7 other accounts, so far I got my two gold account banned. I still like the game just not as much as before, which is a good thing for me. I'm still waiting for the day I get completely bored of league like the other games I played in the past, league will always be part of my memory. Cheers and I'm still in this community! Don't you worry!
