The way our behavioral system works is we issue a number of chat restrictions as a warning to players that they need to change their behavior. If there has been no change in negative behavior, a two week suspension is placed on the account. Further negative actions afterwards lead to permanent suspension. You were issued chat restrictions due to continuous games in which others felt like your behavior was ruining their game experiences. I looked at the attachment you provided, but this was not a game that affected your account's standing. Please review the 2 game chat logs below for an accurate representation as to why you received this chat restriction. Even if your teammates are doing poorly, it's better to try and encourage them rather than trying to blame or argue them. Making them feel bad won't make them play better, but helping them out will. :) We will not be adjusting these chat restrictions in any way. Keep in mind that if you continue to behave this way your account will be suspended for 2-weeks. If your behavior continues to be negative after that, we will be issuing a permanent suspension. I believe there may be some confusion in regards to how the disciplinary actions are taken, so please allow me to bring some clarity. Actions that taken on your account are based on toxicity and this means that in some cases, an account can receive a permanent suspension and not be issued a two week suspension if the behavior was extremely toxic.

In your case, this account received two disciplinary actions in the form of chat restrictions recently and as there was no change in reform but rather continued extreme negative behavior, this account was given a permanent suspension.

I hope this clears things up. As previously mentioned, we will not lift the suspension under any circumstance.

You showed you learned absolutely nothing from chat restrictions, so Riot skipped the entree and went right to dessert banning your ass.

That decision to send you packing was made by someone above the CS Reps head, the fault is on you, not them.

BUT what the 2nd guy is telling you. you were SOOOO TOXIC that you skipped some of the other tiers and went right to the perma. got it?

So if I am understanding all of this senseless harassment towards me, Spoopy just didnt know wtf he was talking about? Am i understanding that correctly?
