Please, unban me!

So let me tell you a little story here, about how Riot never reviews their bans no matter what.

What happened here is that I used to play from an internet cafe in the town, a cafe that I have been playing in for almost 1 year now. Anyway, I had to leave the place in a hurry, and what I normally do is that I press the Shut Down button in the CPU before I leave, in order to make sure I'm not stolen. Apparently this time the button did not work and someone started playing with my account being all toxic and all.

I tried reaching out to their support, and they never understood the case, they never got the point, even though I told them that this account has been with me for almost 5 years now and that I'm not that person, I barely talk in games, but they never listened.

I literally begged them to give me my account back, and even apologies to those who were insulted on behalf of that person who flamed them and they never listened.

The thing is that I know who did it, and he admitted it, he even said: "Dude! You have 258 skins, you can pay for another account".

I sincerely need help here on recovering my account, the support actually isn't the help I expected, I truly wished they review their cases further and do more investigations rather than just checking the chat -who I never was involved in-

Sounds like you learned an expensive lesson. Always make sure you're logged out of everything and your data is wiped from public computers before you leave.

... why wouldn't you click the close button on the League of Legends client? Or Alt+F4 if you need to go fast?

Unfortunately the boards can't really do anything. We're not associated with Riot in anyway, and if the designated support staff can't do anything, I think it's a lost cause.

There's not much they would be able to do, I imagine. How would you even prove something like that? They have no way of knowing who's playing at what time, almost anyone could use this as an excuse to be toxic.

I play from a cafe, too. I've played there for something like 9 years now and never had a problem.

One thing to remember: always makes sure the 'Remember Me' box is unchecked. Otherwise, you risk the computer autofilling your login and password and anyone can access your profile.

Hmmm, how many games did this person play on your account? Have you had bans before?

No one the boards here can over turn your ban. File a support ticket. However, I think Riot's stance in the past has been that you are responsible for your account's usage in such case.

Also, this might be getting a bit into the weeds but I think Riot also uses some data to suggest if it is the same player who played those games. Such as champion usage, role usage, patterns of behavior in game (such as how you played the game). Etc. I'm not 100% sure on that though. I want to say I heard it somewhere here on the boards before.

Also, which game was it?

The last Pantheon game? On first blush, it's really hard to tell. Somewhat similar champion usage and item builds. Granted, that's a very quick look but if the case isn't super clear cut then it'll be hard to prove your telling the truth.

Hey, friend --

Assuming everything you said is true, that's pretty unfortunate.

It seems unlikely that Riot would issue a permaban on your first offense. Are there any instances in the last five years where you've received punishment?

Also, that sounds like a pretty terrible friend -- I'd reconsider the relationship.

How in the hell did you get permabanned from no punishments?
