Community Service Game-Mode Idea.

I was thinking of a mode where experienced/veteran players can help new players (that want to learn) get better at the game in a non-toxic manner. Something on the lines of a que system where you either spectate normal's/co-op vs AI and just give small tips to new players and at the end of the session get a small honor exp with the possibility of the player you helped also honoring you as an appreciation. I think it would be a nice way to show that this community isn't as toxic as people think and also a way to get honor.

(currently the honor system is difficult because you can be the nicest person or even carry the hardest/MVP and get 0 honor at the end of the match) We need something that premotes honorable play and rewards players for going against the grain and instead of flaming being nice. It's not always possible to do that in ranked or it goes unnoticed and you get reported for having bad games. (even if you weren't toxic).
