Not even gonna adress the flaws in the report/punishment system, just wondering if anybody knows how many games it takes after restoring chat privileges to get keys etc, back?
Edit* Thanks for the replies people, It took 2 days hard grinding bot games probably 20 hrs total to unlock honor but i slowed down since, still honor level 0

There's no hard-set number. Once you clear your Chat Restriction and get your Honor unlocked, it'll take time to reclimb in Honor to Level 2 - and the amount of games it'll take depends on your own behavior. Behave poorly, and you won't make any progress; behave positively, and thing's'll go smoothly.
Additionally, you'll want to honor players post-game, as you gain more Honor from the Full Team Honor Bonus than you would simply playing the game through or being honored yourself.
I've seen some players say that it takes roughly a month to reclimb to Honor 2 (from 1), while others may take longer, somewhere in the range of 2-3 months of consistent play.
EDIT: Misread; leaving the above for reference to rewards pertaining to Honor Level 2 (Ranked End of Season Rewards, Clash Eligibility, etc.);
Not sure about how long Honor Lock lasts, I haven't seen any solid information about how long it takes to unlock, I just know that you get reduced Key Fragment generation at Honor Level 1, standard generation at Level 2, and further rewards going up the Honor Levels.
I got chat restricted two, maybe three months ago? Honor got unlocked a week and a half ago, and I hit checkpoint 1 level 1 honor just now. Seems messed up to me, I always get / exchange honor after every match and I play daily.
It's just a busted system, really. I got my honor locked because I insulted somebody who wants intentionally feeding. I've been on my best behavior since then, the only thing it's done for me is make me report everybody that says anything that sounds even remotely negative, in turn locking their honor for 2-3 months. Misfortune feels good.
It took me 7 months I think. Couple games a day and I barely used chat
been banned quite alot in the past. What I have noticed is I have had my honor unlocked at 100 or more games after my 14day ban finished but you dont get honor rewards until honor 2 but you can get mastery chests from S ranks at honor 0
