giving permad accounts back

Darian1·9/13/2018, 2:27:48 PM·2 votes·1,862 views

i feel that after a certain amount of time there should be a policy on how long permad players must wait until they are able to prove they are worthy of a lift on the account. I hope that in the near future a policy like this is released because i know im not the only one that feels this way. Please help meby voicing your opinions on this so hopefully devs see this and can maybe make a change.

Riot is currently running an experiment on a few hand-picked banned players to see if banned players can reform reliably enough to perhaps consider something like this in the future. There are currently no plans to implement a system, however, so don't get your hopes up unless Riot specifically tells us something.

Why? Then what would be the point of PERMANENTLY banning someone? The threat of losing your account would no longer be there. Everyone is always free to make new accounts.

No, if you get berma-banned it means you did something wrong, so you deserve it.

PERMANENT ban

Given how you need to fuck up multiple times before being permanently banned, I'm skeptical that yet another chance will make a difference for players that get perma'd. The two-week ban message explicitly states that it's your final warning. I have sympathy for folks that make it to their 14-day ban, recognize that their current attitude is going to screw them over, and change. I have no sympathy for folks that are only willing to change after their final warning has been used up.

Yes, it would be awesome. Saying it as someone who wouldn't benefit from it.
