How to get someone perma-ban especially troll?

So, I just had a match with a "troll". It was quite frustrating and I went to check on his profile if he does the same thing on other matches. Lo and behold, he does! What kind of troll he does? He keeps on farming and farming and farming (so, the system might not even detect that as "troll" so no punishment gonna get served right?). Even if all my teammates keep on asking him to help or join group fight, he won't budge. It all because he got gank mid thrice. And he died 3 times. Top laner told him to hang on and farm before we go and help him because we got stuck on our lane too! And when we got to his lane, no he won't join and disturb jungler duty. He farm till match end. We could of win that match if he was not trolling. I need to know if there's another way to get rid of this type of player. Either permanently or just not on my team next time I queue?

If you feel strongly about the actions of a player in game you may try contacting Riot Support and showcasing what you believe to be evidence of their misdoing and they may at their discretions launch a formal investigation into the player.

Ya Riot sucks at controlling the trolling that goes on. Its very hard to confirm, without dumping tons of money into hiring people to be dedicated to it.

It sounds like there were words exchanged, so--what were those words? It sounds a lot like your team had a role to play in what happened in the later part of the game.

You guys non stop harrasing me with words* you reported * your acount will banned * say goodbuy to your acounts and other threatening bulling behavior ... what you expect me to come and help you ? i never help people who bully me i keep farming and farm and i only attack if the kill is 100% safe Evry action has a reaction if u throw me rocks dont expect me to love and help u, but i will fint ways to make u pay using the system , for example on end of game i report u for asking calling and threating reports who is harrasment and lead to punish!
