Banned for unfair reasoning

A few months ago I was unfairly banned by the system for "scripting". However in the last 3 years that I hhave been playing this game I have never even thought about using a script in order to climb. Seeing as the end of the season was coming, I was beginning to grind soloq, however when i logged in, I was to discover that I had been banned for scripting? I tried to request help from the riot support team, in order to help resolve my issue. However they replied back by saying that once the system has accused you of scripting, (incorrectly in this instance), you can not get your account back! And now they are refusing to communicate with me about my issue, and have closed the case even though my issue has not been solved. And i've also noticed that recently popular streamer "Gosu" got banned and got bot responses as well.

I'm surprised that in the past 21 hours, nobody just looked at OP's match history.

We can clearly see the Flash key changing along with champ choice, which heavily implies account sharing/boosting. D-flash seems to have a significantly higher win rate than F-flash, and plays different champs. I can't say for sure if D-flash is scripting, of course, but this in itself is a bannable offense anyway.

Unfortunately, that's really all there is to the situation. They do investigate this stuff thoroughly, and if there systems indicate that something was interfering with League files, then something was interfering with League files, whether something you were doing intentionally or, as mentioned, something in another program of yours that changed. If all their investigations indicate an issue, they're bound by their company policy.

Hmm now this is one I believe they should undo since they said there was nothing suspicious found. That's not right. They generally do remove a ban if it is misplaced from what i know.

Scripting and botting are 2 completely different things. Sure, GOSU had it easier since he's a popular streamer, but there was literally no reason to accuse him of botting, since he provided plenty of proof that he was leveling the account manually. You on the other hand are saying that you only have "your word", but you should receive the same treatment of a person who said is willing to provide video footage of himself leveling said account? That's pretty bs tbh
