I just got 14 day suspension for typing kys once.. Never had a ban or chat restriction before. just typed kys once got one person to report me instantly got 14 day ban.. No other competetive game is such a snowflake holy fuck this is <removed by moderation>.. gg

Man, just imagine how many people died just because a random stranger typed a bad word in an online game to them. This thing is too serious to be taken lightly, I think anyone who types "kys" should be charged with attempted assisted suicide, because basically this is that. So be happy you are not prosecuted (yet)!

Kys falls under the Zero Tolerance that Riot had in place for Hate Speech and Encouraging self harm. More games and platforms are beginning to implement similar rules.

Riot and the community takes threats like "kys" seriously, thus the 2-week ban. You're on very thin ice following the 2-week ban, as the next punishment will be a permanent ban.
I've also edited a part of your OP. We do allow for some words as it pertains to chat logs, but pejorative language is not allowed in the negative context as you had used it.
