Got perma banned on my 8+ year account!

Hello I just wanted to say this perma ban isn't they way to go. How are suppose to just up an change with 2 chances!? I think you should go about it a completely different way there is no reason to be this harsh. RIOT needs to take a look at the punishment policy big time I think. This game has been apart of my life for 8+ years and its taken away within a month. Over $200 spent threw those years just gone. They wont even change the ban for like a 3 strike sort of thing. I even asked if they could ban my account for 2-6 months but they cant cause of their policy.... I just cant believe this right now.. Please people we need RIOT to take a look at this. We all know how league can be with the people that play it, it's not fair for this to continue..

Uh its harsh for a reason xd ,,, if its not harsh it will spoil people and there will be way more toxic players . (just my opn)

If you only had two chances, then your first punishment was for fairly extreme behavior, yes? After 8 years of playing I would have hoped you were aware of Riot's zero tolerance policy, and/or would have taken the final warning that accompanied your 14-day ban extremely seriously.

Most people up and change after the first chance. After one's account they spent money on is threatened, most people fall into line.

You don't need to make drastic changes you just need a method of avoiding a problem situation, then you dont have to worry about your bad side getting the best of you.

After I got a chat restriction, I immeidately began muting everyone who tries to start trouble instead of engaging them; because it just gets you into as much trouble as they mignt get into.

Your ban is bullshit, at most you should've received a chat punishment and it should've never gone passed that.

Im not against this system to defend flamers, I'm against this system because it doesn't help shit and actually makes the overall game experience worse.

If you're an 8 year player who just got kicked you're probably not recommending this game to anyone else, and you're the dedicated player base. Thats -1 and -X for Riot.

Getting a ban right after a 14 day ban is an automatic perma ban.

Riot doesn't care about the people they permbanned and in our opinion, it isn't harsh. Riot doesn't want you to reform once you're banned. They want you gone. That's why that ban exists. It's not because they can't change it because of their policy, it's because they don't want to, nor do we want them to. Riot don't want toxic players playing their game. They only want the community who follow their policy and enjoy the game. Everyone else can just play a different game for all Riot care, and the community agrees.

Just imagine how many people committed suicide, fell in depression, and lost their hope to live, just because you said something on the internet. You literally crushed to soul of a lot of people by saying bad things. Imagine if somebody told you to "kys" or something like this, can you even imagine what would have happened? It's no joke, man....

Your punishment is very light compared to your sins against humanity.
