anything that can get you a punishment will eventually get you 14-dayed and even permabanned.

You called for reports. Riot already said they will come down hard on people asking others to report. Seems like a well deserved ban as per riots rules.

Asking for reports or threatening to report someone is punishable.

You also admitted in this post that you were not being nice. You were making fun of your allies and they responded by reporting you. I can't see if they antagonized you or not, so some of your mocking may have been in response to them, but you still didn't have to respond. It's also an ARAM game. It's not like you are losing rank because your teammates are playing it badly.

I have said "good job" to people before when they did something I liked and they took it as me attacking them through sarcasm. If you don't want to be punished for being sarcastic, just don't say anything.
