Account got perma banned first time

As the title says I had no chat restriction no temporary suspension and no email/message warning me that i will get banned if I keep up the bad behavior. The account in question is Knight Solaire89 i used to play on it alot with my friends but now i lost contact with them because i never got around to playing league again for about a year. If I could have anything like a refund or get it un-banned it would be really appreciated. i spent quite a bit of money on the account and just like and just like a Shaco it's gone into the howling abyss. i personally think it's un-fair I didn't even get a chance to be in my tribunal (if that's a thing) I would like to try and appeal the account but as far as I know they removed the option to do that. if anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated. Dormant accounts are common targets for hackers so they can test their scripts, send out boosting msgs or even use that account to boost others.

If Riot detected suspicious activity, then they would suspend the account for security reasons.

send a ticket to https://support.riotgames.com and ask them why you were banned and ask them to check for suspicious acitivity. If there was, then ask them to check if (whatever reason you were banned for) was done during the time of the suspicious acitivity.

If you truly didn't do anything, they will revert the suspension.

Be sure to check in your spam/junk folders in your email account also. The emails are sometimes placed there by mistake.

Hopefully it will be something like Kei143 has mentioned, and Support will be able to get things straightened out for you.
