Why was I banned? (Chat log included)

I recently recieved a chat ban of 10 games. I understand normally in these cases its just a person complaining about a totally justifiable ban, but hear me out I will include my entire chat log that League gave me as reasoning for the ban.

First I'll explain the match, I was in a ranked solo/duo game and I picked sona as support. about 5 minutes into the game after my adc (a draven) died once, he started namecalling and blaming me for his death as well as saying its my fault he died for picking sona. He harassed me for my champion pick. THE MESSAGE THIS SENDS OUT: ADC's should always get their way and supports should pick the champ the adc prefers or else they risk getting a chat ban. I don't know about you but this sounds absolutely ridiculous and unfair. I'm playing league to play the champion I want, not for someone else. Regardless, it does not matter who did better, though he ended 0-9. After every single death he'd just get toxic and namecall and harass. I was harassed the entire game, I muted him after about 10 minutes however it was clear from the other players typing he was still going on. Even in the post game he went as far as to call me autistic. I had maybe 1 toxic comment and that was in the post game after I've been harassed for an entire game, I was the one that recieved the ban and he went free. how is this fair? Something similar has happened to me before, though at that time I was more toxic so the ban was understandable. Though when I did go to the support and asked why other players weren't punished for toxicity while I was, they only said "you should've never responded to their toxicity" this tells me they know other players were toxic but they selectively ban, this is why I did not waste time writing a ticket and instead came to forums. I do not care about the chat ban, the only thing that makes me mad is that I lose every honor level and it wont reset at the end of the season. When putting an honor system in place that you lose upon a ban you should really make sure your ban system actually works. It seems as though a bot does it all and just bans whoever has more reports on them. Like the common toxic draven, he instantly went into all chat and swayed multiple enemy players to report me even though my entire team was on my side. I do not have the entire chat log as league only gave me the messages I sent. If the mods do answer this I'd expect them to release the entire chat log of the game as proof for why I was banned. here is my chat log as promised. I wasn't particularly nice, however most of those were not even toxic comments, they were just me responding in a way as to say "why are you blaming me and being toxic draven"

If time stamps were included I could also show with a video of the game included where and when the draven would complain and blame and namecall, however league doesn't make it that simple. they'd prefer to withhold evidence so it's near impossible to fight back against a wrongful ban. AND EVEN IF I WAS JUSTIFIABLY BANNED, why wasnt ANY action taken against the draven?

You decided to insult the draven's skill and behavior and enable the argument further. Thats why you got hit with the penalty.

Reporting is only relevant for if the game should be reviewed for toxicity. If you get reported and do nothing toxic, you don't get penalized. Also, number of reports don't matter.

Ok as a word of advice

Asking for reports and arguing back, no matter how warrented is it, will get a riot banhammer on you, even if you're not even being toxic, like just don't talk back, according to riot you're supposed to mute them and report on post game screen, never say anything back even if you're not being toxic

and then riot wants you to sit on post game screen as the team sides with the dude blaming you for everything ever, and eat four reports which'll be a ban

otherwise, saying something like "Idunno dude i'm just trying to support you" is enough to get a chat restriction

Based on what I'm seeing, you were punished for saying curse words and telling someone to report someone else. I mean, yeah I guess, but personally given the situation, in which I've been plenty of times before, I don't think you did anything wrong. I certainly wouldn't say this was exemplary behaviour but I'd certainly not find it toxic or punishable. The idea solution would be to mute people and ignore them. But you didn't exactly behave like a flamer.

I don't know how the system works, but I imagine that if this process is automated, it probably adds up words you said like garbage, fuck, report him, etc. and since someone reported you, assumes you were toxic. Again, I don't know how the system works, but if I'm ever facing a flamer, I try to avoid negative words. I.e. I won't call someone stupid or trash, I'll say "you're as useful as balls on a dildo" or "did your mother drop you when you were a baby, or were you born that way?"

Personally, judging by the way you responded, I have 0 problem with it. I would think that this was not a deserved ban. Naturally, Riot will say "any form of negativity is unacceptable" and they won't say "yeah insult them but only if they're toxic." So I doubt your ban will be undone, but if it means anything, I'm on your side. And I totally agree that, although it is preferable to work with your adc and pick a champion which complements them, there is nothing wrong with choosing a champion you want to choose. Sure, it may be a poor decision in a certain scenario, but it's your right. Just as much it's an adc's right to pick cleanse instead of heal. It's not like you did it in spite, or did you pick, like... I dunno, Zed support.

P.S. This is probably one of the very rare "why did I get reported" threads which I support.

So yeah, my word of advice, if you're gonna talk back, talk back with witty comebacks which perhaps won't be automatically picked up. Don't swear. Sarcasm works well. Someone tells you you suck? Tell them "Yeah, I'm playing with best Draven EUW. Faker is quaking." Someone calls you names, just piss them off. Act confused. Compliment them extremely. Call them handsome. Laugh. Etc. Spam an emote around them. I dunno. Sorry you got banned

You spent the entire log arguing with and insulting your teammate, and the automated system rightfully identified this as toxic behavior. Your log clearly demonstrates unsportsmanlike conduct. If you are provoked by a fellow player, the correct response (both within the scope of Riot's rules and the rules of sportsmanship as a whole) is to ignore it.

What about Game 2? Or was it just the one game?
