LPQ Explained

I've been in LPQ before...

3 times, in fact.

In two of those instances, I had some very bad days in which I just snapped like dry spaghetti and outright left games. I was punished for my poor decision making and rightly so.

In the other instance, I experienced a faulty internet connection as a result of damaged equipment in need of replacement. I kept on playing anyway with full knowledge that I might disconnect at a moment's notice. Again, the punishment I received was justified.

I know what it takes to be placed in LPQ.

It's not one or two games of leaving that places a person in LPQ. It is multiple instances of leaving a game before you are placed into LPQ.

So, if you're in LPQ after the disconnection bug it's a result of 1 of 2 things.

  1. You decided to keep on trying to get into a game, fully aware of the bug and of the consequences that happen if you are marked by the automated system as a leaver.

  2. You have a history of leaving games prior to the bug and have finally received a punishment by the automated system.

In either instance, the LPQ placement is the fault of the player, not the game. You can opt to play during bugs and connectivity issues with full knowledge of the possible consequences, or you can just wait for the problems to be resolved.

do you really ink the majority of the boards community is both honest and mature enough to accept this. Most of them cant even comprehend that riot employees are normal people working normal hours or that riot has to protect its bottom life without saying riot is money hungry.
