My Girlfriend, housemate and teammate (all the same person for clarification) who plays League of Legends right next to me on her computer got banned for third party program use. She has never been warned for being toxic. She watches the pros play. She practices a lot daily. I'm computer savvy and I'm 100% sure she wouldn't be able to get one of those to work let alone know where to find one. Sooo, what do, Riot?

Edit: Unless curse voice suddenly got put on illegal programs in which case I demand Aphro, Sneaky, Doublelift, Meteos and almost any high elo/professional streamer's accounts banned as well.

Whether you got one to work or not is irrelevant, because if it's detected in your files you'll get banned for it. If you want an official answer, you're not going to get one, at least not one that isn't vague; they don't tell you what they found or how they found it in order to prevent people from knowing how to avoid being caught.

If your girlfriend wants to contest the ban and have them investigate again, she can submit a Support Ticket.
