2 week suspension ( I got trolled in ranked )

I find it crazy for riot to give a 2-week suspension for getting toxic with trolls who intentionally feed. It is like Riot is ran by a bunch of liberals who ban you for 2 weeks for getting tilted by people who ruin your ranked experience and trolling. It really makes me furious that i am banned for 2 weeks and cannot play even though I was the one that was trolled. Riot seriously needs to fix the ranked experience for normal players that are looking to climb but find it impossible because every game we run into trolls / afkers.

I know being toxic is not a good part of ranked experience for other players, and from here on out I will be just muting all, but.. the whole 2-week ban because of someone is trolling you is quite insane and severe punishment for me being the one trolled.

Want to know why they punish you for being toxic - even if you're dealing with a troll?

Toxic is toxic, and you're making the game that much worse for everyone else who has to put up with both the troll and you.
Being toxic to the troll is just giving them the response they want, giving them all the more reason to troll - there's a reason that there's a saying on the internet; "Don't feed the troll".

But you didn't get banned for being trolled, you got banned for being toxic. Someone else breaking the rules doesn't give you a free pass to break them yourself.

Someone else's behavior is no excuse for your own. What if they weren't actually trolling or INT'ing? You're making their experience even worse especially if they're having a bad game.

But yeah, /mute all & focusing on your own game play is a good idea.

The rules kinda have to be a blanket that covers everyone at all times. If they added stipulations like "you can break these rules when you decide youre being trolled" it would just be a giant mess of arguements over whether or not you were justified. i hope you can understand this... or at least try to understand why it cant work that way.

If you got a 2 week suspension, then know that your account is very close to getting permanently banned if you are punished again.

Tread carefully. Limit your chat or better yet, don't talk at all in future games.

That's what happens after you've had up to two prior punishments for that misbehavior. If you keep being toxic after your suspension ends rather than eliminating your misbehavior, you'll be permanently banned.
