I played 2 games in a row and why do i get the chatrestricion when they on purpos try to lose and make me angry. If riot could ban thes trolls people would never have to be toxic in your opinon. THE GUY THAT GETS PEOPLE FLAMING AND TROLLING HIM SHOULD NOT BE THE ONE THAT GETS THE PUNISHMENT I MEAN I TRIE BUT WHY SHOULD I GET TROLLS 2 GAMES IN A ROW AND I SAY THE TRUTH AND I GET BANNED ?? NICE GAME

You're not banned bc you have a bad botlane. You are banned for bad behaviour, regardless of others. Just because they break the rules, doesn't mean you get a free pass as well.

You don't have to make as many comments just because things aren't going well. Sometimes the games are hard and you get teamed up with players who either are having a bad game or are being out matched. I know games get emotional sometimes but you have to play it emotionally to have the best chance of winning. What will be will be.

Banning the trolls wouldn't 'remove all toxicity', since people equate EVERYTHING to being a troll? OH, you made a bad call and died? TROLLING EVEN IF YOU WERE TRYING TO WIN. Oh, you're getting stomped and camped and thus poor kda? TROLLING!!!!

People have trouble managing their emotions, and will find all sorts of internal reasoning to comfort themselves and place blame on people (as if that matters)

Then because people don't see exactly what they want to see from Riot (and can only think of one reason for anything and that is the most comforting reason for THEM), they say "Rito don't care."
